About us

Hijra Fitness is a youth-led fitness and mentorship program
designed to engage disengaged youth, kids with disabilities, and those facing trauma — using training, discipline, and brotherhood to guide them.

What makes Hijra different?

Hijra Fitness isn’t run by distant adults — it’s led by young mentors who understand today’s youth.
We don’t just train bodies; we connect through real-life experience, culture, and brotherhood. That’s why we reach kids that others can’t — especially those dealing with trauma, disability, or disengagement. We create a space where they feel understood, not judged.

Who do we work with?

We work with disengaged youth, NDIS participants, and young people from challenging backgrounds who need guidance, motivation, and positive role models.

What outcomes do we focus on?

Confidence, discipline, routine, social connection, emotional resilience, not just fitness. We build better habits and better mindsets.

. How are sessions structured?

Each session starts with a warm-up and icebreaker to build comfort, followed by group fitness activities that promote teamwork and discipline. We include a brief mentorship moment focused on mindset and resilience, and finish with a cool down and reflection to encourage emotional awareness and self-expression.
